Black Fabric is a majority Aboriginal owned business that is passionate about improving the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our name speaks to our history and future as Indigenous peoples. We are called Black Fabric and use the traditional spelling of the word ‘’Black’’ as we re-claim the meaning and negative connotations that it once elicited.
Our mission it is to imbed and grow cultural empowerment within the fabric of communities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples with a specific focus on health outcomes. Our vision is to make our community more active and engaged by increasing community, health, and economic participation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.
